Nurse (Outsource)
(Purwakarta (Cikampek)) (Subject: Nurse)
Responsibilities:

• To Support work at Clinic
• To support medical check up for employee
• In charge for medical reimbursement, Jamsostek Claim, Hospilatization, Health Socialization to all employee

Requirements:

• Diploma degree major in Nursery
• Has skill in surgery
• Preferably has experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Male, 21 - 28 years old.
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
• Willing to work in shift (morning and night)

Production Engineering Staff
(Plant Cikampek) (Subject: Production Engineer)
Responsibilities:

• To Support line manufacturing such as :
• Quality problem
• Equipment problem
• Set up procedure and improve current process
• To keep good quality result such as :
• Body accuracy control
• OG accuracy
• Metal fitting accuracy
• Spot welding quality
• To be able to control cost in MFG and make improvement for it
• To be able to set up new procedure and its preparation for new process
• To be able to understand all equipment for body assembling
• To be able to do cost reduction activity in Body shop

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Preferably fresh graduate (maximal 1 year experience, preferable from electronic industry)
• Single, 23-25 years old.
• Understand automotive parts
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
• Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.
• Willing to hard work until late (over time) to finishing the job

Container Yard Administration
(NMI - Plant Cikampek) (Subject: Container Yard Administration)
Responsibilities:

• Control container receiving schedule
• Monitor and check container location
• Control container demurrage days
• Control container delivery to warehouse
• Control empty container delivery to Depo
• Control container yard capacity

Requirements:

• Single, 20-30 years old
• Minimal D-III (Industrial Engineering)
• Min 1 year experience in similar jobs
• Able to communicate in English, min passive
• Good communication skill and work in team.
• Microsoft Office literacy, fast learned, can work under pressure, hard working, and available work overtime.
• Able to work accuracy, analitical thinking, logic of verbal, numerical ability, and good perspective.

Production Planning Control Staff (Plant Cikampek) (Subject: PPC)
Responsibilities:

• Controlling the production achievement by hourly control
• Make sequence production base on MS#2 (MOM QRDC)
• Controlling and create planning plastic part production
• Controlling and create planning hemming production
• Controlling and create planning steering member production
• Create planning for spare part request
• Arrange man power / resources at the end of shift

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial or Informatics Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Single, 20 - 30 years old.
• Has 1 year experience in similar field
• Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
• Willing to hard work in shift (morning and night)
• Willing to be located in Purwakarta

Maintenance Supervisor (Plant Cikampek) (Subject: Maintenance SPV)
Responsibilities:

• Understand PLC Control and Programming
• Understand utilities and general maintenance
• Understand spare part management
• Understand preventive maintenance plan
• Understand painting & hemming robot (advantages)
• Understand CMMS systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree major in Electrical Engineering with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Working experience Min. 1 year using plant CMMS, predictive maintenance and understand PLC (plant maintenance)
• Has experience with Fanuc / Kawasaki Robot is a plus
• Able to operate PLC and electrical installation
• Male, 20 - 28 years old
• Fluent in English is a must
• Able to manage large 24hr plant operation
