Mine Engineer (ME)Responsibilities:
- Directing, coordinating design and manufacturing short-term mining plan (includes civil design & plan, drainage, rehabilitation, project and drill & blast) and long-term mining plan in the geologist project and based on the right sequence
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Mine Engineering
- Min 3 years experiences in the same position
- Experience in coal mining industry is a must
- Experience in short term and long-term mine planning also compare with production requirement
- Good knowledge and experience in mine planning, project planning, scheduling and controlling of mining operation
- Familiar with mining software (Minex, Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, and schedulling software)
- Trustworthy, independent, able to work with minimum supervision and under pressures
- Good in English both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
- Preferably hold POP certification
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan area
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating, controlling and directing all survey activities, developing survey methods and survey instruments in order to support operational activities accurately
- Supporting data and mapping the actual area location information
- Conducting joint measurement survey
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Geodesy
- Min. 1-3 years experience in the field of survey and mapping
- Ability in using survey equipment, survey software and mapping
- Experience in coal mining industry is a must
- Good leadership skill
- Computer literate and microsoft office expert
- Good in English both written and spoken
- Able to work in under pressure
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area
Responsibilities:
- Supervising personnel administration and general affairs activities
- Managing compensation & benefit system (payroll, jamsostek, etc)
- Conducting, controlling, coordinating and reporting recruitment process
- Male, maximum 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering.
- 1 years experience in Human Resources & General Affairs area, preferably having experience in supervisor level.
- Preferably having experience in coal mining industry
- Good knowledge about recruitment and payroll.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good in English, both written and spoken.
- Good leadership skills
- Able to work in under pressures and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan Area
