Training Officer - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Handling training & development project.
• Designing Training Programs (External and In-House Training), Training Need Analysis and Trainning Evaluation Activity.
• Estimated the cost based on the results of training needs analysis.
• Manage training database.

Requirements

• Age max. 28 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology from reputable university with GPA min. 3.00.
• Min. 1 year experience in handling training program.
• Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Creative and having good interpersonal skill
• Fast learner, Hard worker and able to work under pressure with tight deadline and minimal supervision.
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.

Secretary - Jakarta

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
• Having experience as secretary of BOD at least 1 year, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Max.age 27 years old
• Have good communication skill and good service orientation
• Computer literate, must be proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree in Journalism, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Music/Performing Arts Studies or equivalent, Min.GPA 2.75
• Max.age 27 years old
• Interested in TV Program production
• Creative, hard worker, assertive, energetic
• Have Passion and strong motivation to work in broadcast industry
• Have great interpersonal and communication skills
