Mechanical Engineer (Code: MECE-EN)

Purpose of The Role

• To provide mechanical engineering technical expertise to support all mechanical system work related to Engineering Department's Accountability. To undertake engineering design function for capital and operating projects, to meet the project requirement and PTI standards.

Accountabilities

• Comply with all PTI and EHS procedures, standards and policies in Engineering Departement project area.
• Develop conceptual, preliminary and detail engineering design for the project considering performance, constructability, maintainability and functionality. Identify any risks, restriction and comply with EHS and government regulation.
• Develop project schedule and cost estimate, identify critical path and major expenditure. Monitor project
• progress for report to project manager and maintain the progress based on the planning.
• Prepare tender and contract documentation, review the technical aspects of incoming bids and recommend the preferred bidder.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline, Specialization in Energy Conservation is preferable.
• 3 years Mechanical Engineering design on heavy industrial plant is preferable

Maintenance Engineer (Code: MTCE-EN)

Purpose of The Role

• Provide engineering technical expertise to support Plant Maintenance management to improve availability, reliability and performance of Process Plant equipment.

Requirements

• University degree from Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years as engineer in Maintenance or Engineering of Mining or Heavy Industries.

Electrical Engineer (Code: ELCE-EN)

Purpose of The Role

• To provide electrical engineering technical expertise to support all electrical system work related to Engineering Department's Accountability. To undertake engineering design function for capital and operating projects, to meet the project requirement and PTI standards

Purpose of the Role:

• To manage, identify and execute the company asset protection and security operation with the objective of creating a highly standard of PT INCO asset protection and security deployment, control, audit, and day to day operation activities within PTI area of responsibility

MANAGER INTELLIGENCE and INVESTIGATION (Code: EGSINV-EN)
Purpose of the Role:

• To manage, evaluate, identify and Initiate improvement of Security investigation and intelligence functions with the objective of creating and maintaining a highly standard of Investigation and Intelligence systems and reporting within Department of Security Services

Technical Specialization:

• Certified II TAFE training (preferred)
• Certified investigator from Polri (preferred)
• Very Good Computer skill (MS. Office Suite)
• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written
• Good in Local language (preferred)
• Active English, both oral and written

Requirements:

1. Minimum S1 from Social, Law, Engineering, Science or graduate from Military/ Police Academy
2. Excellent understanding of Indonesian Law and Regulations, particularly for KUHP and industrial Relation.
3. Minimum 10 experience from Police/TNI investigation and intelligence with at least Lt. Colonel Rank
4. Familiar with the business and community of PT INCO or similar industry (preferred)

SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER- PEDIATRICIAN (CODE: SMOP-EN)
Purpose of the role:

• To ensure the provision of high standard, evidence-based & professional health care pertaining to Pediatric patients PTI hospital outpatient clinics ,outpost clinics, inpatient ward, or Emergency Room.
• Train and educate medical & nursing staff of PTI Hospital in basic and emergency care fur patients suffering from health problem pertaining to pediatric health

Requirements:

1. Graduated and completed Pediatric Specialist training in well reputed Medical school, preferably with additional training in Neonatology
2. Has completed his/her mandatory government service and Certified in AILS or PTC, ACLS, and Neonatal resuscitation
3. Have minimum 1 year experience of working in a hospital with Pediatric/Neonatal intensive Care Unit
4. Capable & willing to work as a team with other medical, nursing & paramedical staff

SENIOR COORDINATOR FOR EHS IMPROVEMENT (CODE: SEIIN-EN)
Purpose of the Role:

• To support the area manager to achieve their ENS accountabilities based on PT. Inco s requirement and government regulations

Requirements:

1. S1 Engineering & Science
2. Minimum 5 years work experience in Mining or Oil & Gas Major Industrial Construction Company
3. Minimum 3 years work experiences on supervising and/or managing Environment, Health and Safety in Mining or Oil & Gas or Major Industrial Construction Company
4. Certified Pengawas Operational Madya (POM) by ESDM or equivalent in Mining or Oil & Gas or Major Industrial Construction Company
5. Good English/Indonesian language skills
