Receptionist and PA of General Manager of S N M (Code: RPA) - Tangerang

Responsibility

• Front office operational, to support A/R Administration and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such: handling incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest and other sign duties by General Manager.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration.
• Fresh graduate or minimum of 1 year experience in same the same field.
• Excellent in computer such Ms. Office, Windows and having SAP would be advantage.
• English is a must (oral and written)
• Good personality, communication & administration skills, Result and process oriented.
• Not older than 25 years old.

Factory Controlling (Code: FC) - Tangerang

Responsibility

• Responsible month end closing task, monthly reporting and monitoring performance production lines.
• Review daily production result, expenses which occur in the factory, cost center distribution, annual forecast and budget preparation and reporting.
• Product cost calculation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economic/ Accounting/ Management
• Having a minimum of 2 years experience in the same fields or relevant.
• Excellent in computer skills such Microsoft Office (familiar with function in Excel is
• required and good command in English (oral and written).
• Having knowledge in SAP experience would be advantage.
• Well organized & willing to work in a team.

Temporary Mechanical Designer (Code: TMD) - Tangerang

Responsibility

• Support to production activity by designing production devices, making reverse engineering process for OEM part, drawing spare part, electrical and general utility area, and making re-engineering process for improvement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having experience minimal 1 years as a drafter (mechanical designeer) in Manufacturing,
• Good analytical skills and able to use AutoCAD
• Having ISO knowledge and TPM.
• Able to reading, checking, design and measurement of mechanical drawing.
• Able to communicate in English.

Responsibility:

• Create weekly reporting (PIB berkala), monthly and quarterly stock report for customs.
• Prepare monthly tax reporting.
• Prepare tax reconciliation.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in accounting.
• Having good knowledge of taxation (VAT, Withholding tax) and custom regulation especially PIB    documentation and experience with SAP/R3 would be advantage.
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to communicate in English
• Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office.
• Having knowledge in Tax brevet A & B would be advantage.
• Able to drive a car.

EHS Officer (Code: EHSO) - Tangerang

Responsibility

• Responsible to manage and control all EHS activities, EHS Policy, conduct training and make sure all     EHS activities in line with Company Policy and Government.

Qualification

• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
• Having Safety Expert Certification (AK3), understand ISO 9002, 14000, OHSAS18001,
• First Aids procedure, chemical handling and EHS Audit.
• Having a minimum of 1 years experience in the same fields or relevant.
• Excellent in computer skills such Microsoft Office and good communication in English (oral and written).
• Well organized & willing to work in a team.

Responsibility

• For successful business of all products under the brand of OSRAM for the region of DKI and West Java market through distributor.
• Sales planning & strategy, monitoring, evaluation and analyze of sales, distribution and trade marketing activities.

Qualification
