Responsibilities:

• Corporate legal & license administration.
• Company restructuring.
• Familiar & has in-depth knowledge in analyzing law requirements & commercial aspects, drafting legal documents. providing legal advices upon legal disputes settlement as well as indonesian legal system with its substance.
• Having good networking with lawyers, notaries as well as Government Officials would be an advantage.
• Posses strong communication skills, follow through action & decision with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
• Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Law or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): strong interpersonal communication skills, good computer literacy.
• Proficient in english (spoken & written) is a must.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
