Technician of Civil Maintenance (code: CT) - (Cirebon)Responsibilities:
- Road infrastructure
- Building and room infrastructure
- Ash disposal/lagoon and coal stockpile infrastructure
- Painting and coating for piping, structure and building
- Drainage and its pit system
- Scaffolding system
- Steel structure and platform system
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance.
- Ability with strong communication skills with using computers (MS Office Suite, emails, CMMS, other softwares).
- Experience hands on for civil routine maintenance inspection and repair.
- Understanding civil work maintenance procedure refer to O&M manuals.
- Understanding of civil basic engineering and calculation.
- Knowledge for maintenance check sheet recording and reporting
- Familiar with civil tools: theodolite survey, waterpass level, thickness meter, etc
- Domicile at West Java, Central Java or Jakarta is preferred (especially at Cirebon City)
- Maximum 35 years old
- To be Located in Cirebon
Job and academic experiences required:
- Holding STM (Senior Technical School) or Diploma Degree (D3) with majoring in civil engineering graduated from accredited school or college.
- Having 4 years working experiences at Coal Firing power plant/Heavy Industries and minimum 4 years as Civil Technician.
Mechanical Technician of BOP Area Maintenance (Code: BOP) - (Cirebon)Responsibilities:
- Water Treatment Plant
- Sea Water Intake System
- Chlorination System
- Water Treatment System
- Waste Water Treatment Plant
- Cooling Tower & Cooling Water Pump System
- All Plant Water Pump (service water, potable water, demin water, desalaination water, fire water etc), Tanks and its Pipe Line System
- Fire Fighting Pump House and its Pipe Line System
Basic Requirements:
- Knowledge of power plant operation and maintenance.
- Ability with strong communication skills with using computers (MS Office Suite, emails, CMMS, other softwares).
- Experience hands on for mechanical BOP routine maintenance inspection and repair.
- Understanding mechanical BOP work maintenance procedure refer to O&M manuals.
- Understanding of basic rotating and static equipment engineering and maintenance such as: vertical pump, centrifugal horizontal pump, compressor, cooling tower, gearbox, sump pump, tank, RO system, piping and valves system.
- Knowledge for maintenance check sheet recording and reporting
- Fully understand about safety rule and PTW (Permit To Work) at heavy industries
- Familiar with basic mechanical tools usage : key wrench, alignment tool, torque wrench, etc
- Domicile at West Java, Central Java or Jakarta is preferred (especially at Cirebon City)
- Maximum age 35 years old
- To be Located in Cirebon
