Junior Mining Engineer
Requirements:
  • S1 Degree in Mine Engineering

  • Having experience 1-3 years in Mine Planning or Mine Operations

  • Having knowledge in Drilling & Blasting

  • Familiar with mining software (Minescpae, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)

Mining Engineer Department Head
Requirements:
  • S1 Degree in Mine Engineering

  • Has experience more than 7 years in operational and mine planning

  • To lead Mining Engineer for Technical Development System Projects

  • To train and OJT to Technical Development System Engineers in mine planning tasks

  • To undertake and lead mining engineers team for Mine Master Plans and prepare for External Auditor

Mining Engineer Group Leader
  • S1 Degree in Mine Engineering

  • Has experience more than 15 years in Coal Mining

  • Has experience in Project Development

  • Understanding Mining Engineering Business Process

  • Lead Mining Engineer team for Mine Master Plans

  • Provide Mine Engineering evaluation for coal reserves validation to BD - growth Strategy of Coal Indonesia

  • Conduct the long term Mine Master Plan

  • Carry out the coal reserves from optimization pit design compiled with the existing economic status

  • Prepare the mining plan to be in line with law and regulation, company obligation against Coal Contract of wok FS and AMDAL

  • Technically find the better way, initiative for cost saving by use the proper mining method to reduce cost of production

Junior Geologist
  • S1 Degree in Geology Engineering

  • Having experience 1-3 years as Geologist

  • Having knowledge in Drilling & Blasting

  • Having experience in long term geological modelling, geological technical services, and operation supports

  • Having experience in Minescape software

  • Having experience in geotechnical position welcome to apply

Geology Department Head
  • S1Degree from Geology

  • 5 years plus working experience for geology knowledge in areas of Field Exploration, Deposit Evaluation and Preliminary Economic Evaluation

  • Perform general geology assignment or manage medium sized project

  • Lead Technical Development System Project

Geology Group Leader
  • 10 years plus working experience with true experts in several areas of Field Exploration, Deposit Evaluation, and Preliminary Economic Evaluation

  • Apply new methodology /advanced geology practices

  • Lead Geology Team in Technical Development System

Safety Engineer
  • S1 Degree in Safety & Health/Mining Engineering/Industrial Engineering

  • Having experience in safety management supervision, safety management implementation, safety monitoring data, safety program facilitator, safety promotion & loss control, safety program coaching and safety audit & reporting

  • Having experienced 1-3 years in the mining company

  • Having good understanding about ISO 9000, 14001 and OHSAS 18001

  • Responsible to manage Occupational Health and Safety Program and OHSAS 18801, training and consult all department

Budget Control
  • S1 Degree in Finance or Economy

  • Minimum 1 year experience as budget controller

  • Familiar with accounting system and procedure

  • Knowledge of general Budgeting concepts and financial modelling

  • Responsible in monitoring and control progress cost by daily and monthly activity & reported, assist, & support annual budget preparation

Purchasing Project
  • D3 or S1 in Economic, Technic, English or Statistic

  • Experience at least 2 years in procurement or procurement project area

  • Initiative and open wide

  • Daily handling procurement activity or procurement project activity since a to z

  • Negotiation detail of term requirement (TOR) and specification, term of payment and price with vendor

  • Strong report procurement utilization of Microsoft  Office including are Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project is preferred

  • Able to communicate across among parties, involved such as project initiation (user), Engineer, QSA, Legal and Vendor/Contractor

General Qualifications:
  • Positions 1-8 will be based in Kalimantan

  • Position 9 based in Jakarta

  • Good communication in both written and spoken English

  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills

  • Computer literate (MS Office)

  • Creative, self starter, team player, and having self integrity

Description
  • This position reports to the Accounting Manager. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Do the payment process based on Approved invoices or PO'S and goods received followed by preparing Wire Transfers or open cheque to creditors.
  • Prepare Journal entries and ensuring that all Income, Expense, Assets, Liabilities and tax matters have been recorded correctly.
  • Prepare all reporting by tax office eg, VAT Report, Witholding Tax reports monthly art 25 reports ect. and submit it in timely manners.
  • Liaise with Accounting service provider to ensure all accounting records have been up load correctly into QAD.

Qualifications

Description
  • This Position report to the Sales Planning Manager and is responsible for development & implementation of FMI's Vehicle ordering, vehicle tracking, and sales administration & reporting. Specific responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and excellent communication skills to work with various functions in Ford Motor Indonesia, dealers, plants and with subcontractor service providers
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Strong leadership skills, mature, high integrity, and able to work with litte supervision
  • Working experience in Sales admin/analyst min 2 years.
