Job Accountabilities- To plan and implement sales activities in tire stores in order to achieve
- agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing
- consistently the overall sales strategy.
- University Graduated from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00.
- At least 2 years previous experience in sales area on Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industry
- Excellent in both interpersonal & communication skills.
- Willing to traveling and to be relocated (if required)
- A team player, hardworking, highly motivated and able to work under pressure, proactive
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office is a must).
- Good presentation skills & willing to work under minimum supervision.
Job Accountability :
- Direct, plan, implement and control the sales and marketing programs for Medium Commercial Tire (MCT) , OTR (Off The Road) and Medium
- Radial Tire (MRT) cooperation with Regional Sales Manager, to attain assigned sales objectives, to obtain Goodyear's desired market share, in accordance with the guidelines set by General Manager Sales to generate sales growth and maximize profit.
- Bachelor Degree in related discipline from reputable university,
- Master Degree in Marketing is an advantage
- Having 5 years experience in sales and marketing background and at 3 years previous experiences in managerial level
- Good business acumen and proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Enthusiastic and strong analytical thinking
- Resulted oriented and costumer focused
- Excellent interpersonal communication with strong leadership skill
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Computer literate
