Requirements / criteria for applicants are:

a. Requirements / Special criteria:

1. Education last a minimum of D3
2. Graduate education Management Accounting, Development Studies, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, and Business Management
3. Have a grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.8
4. Maximum age 28 years on June 13, 2011
5. Following the assessment of potential selection

b. Requirements / General Criteria:

1. Undergoing a bond of 2 years after it passed
