To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following position:

Proposal Specialist (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

• Prepares comprehensive job analysis, proposals, and bid preparation for customer evaluation.
• Utilizes technical knowledge of company services in analyzing job requirements.
• Proofreads, edits, and reviews written proposal material during proposal effort to ensure customer defined requirements are met.
• Verifying the completeness of all tender documents while maintaining its confidentiality prior to submission.
• Liaising with relevant parties in conjunction with the effort of completing of the tender documents in time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• High attention to details
• Good organizing skills
• Good command in English is a must
• Previous experience dealing with tender/bid or contract documents are preferrable.
• Fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
