Employee & Industrial Relation Officer (Code : ER)
Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major, preferably in major Psychology or Legal
• 0-3 years experience in Industrial relation or vendor management of HR area
• Maximum 28 years old
• Have good knowledge about Labour Law
• Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
• Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
• Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Business Analyst (BA-PPCE)
Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferable with major in technology or business background. MBA or Finance/Banking second degree is a plus.
• Must have at least 3 years experience in one of the following areas: Program/Project Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement or Change Management.
• Must have good track records of delivering large applications OR implementing business process improvements in Banking industry
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English

Position Responsibilities

• Act as main contact person from project to the business side on working level related to gathering business requirements
• Assisting in analysis and documentation of as-is capabilities about business processes and people
• Supporting the implementation process including the preparation of user manual or training material also assist business in preparing user access for system related project.
• Provide or assist trainings and workshop facilitation as required
• Designing new business processes, capabilities and supporting technologies
• Developing communications, training and job aids to assist in change management activities

Collection & Recovery Head - West Region (CRH)
Position Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Banking or Finance discipline
• Having experience at least 5 -6 years of banking litigation and/or law firm experiences with a proven track record of result in debt recovery
• Having experience in managing a credit resolution area with knowledge of the realisation process and related legislations
• Having knowledge and/or experience / familiarity with bank products, systems and processes
• Having experience  in Commercial and/or Corporate collection recovery
• Having good background in debt recovery management
• Advanced knowledge of litigation management within Banking Institution and strong ability to represent the Bank’s legal position
• Excellent  communication and interpersonal skill
• Sound financial analysis skill
• Effective negotiation and dispute resolution skills with an ability to manage risk in a Commercial and/or Corporate environment
• PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
• Proficient in written and spoken English
