Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities:

• Assist to make sure recruitment service level can support business (planning, sourcing, profiling, placement)
• Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee
• Lead the recruitment activities and improve recruitment strategy and system
• Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select and evaluate applicants

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Maximum age 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Experience minimum 3 years as a Recruiter in related field preferably from Oil & Gas or outsourcing Company
• Having in-depth knowledge of Recruitment Process
• Have a good knowledge of Psychological Test
• Have a good knowledge of organization systems and processes
• Good analytical,conceptual, and administrative skills
• Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Placement at Jakarta

Collection Staff
Responsibilities:

• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs (SAP)
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
• Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
• Investigates questionable data

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma Degree in Management, Commerce, Accounting and Administration study program from reputable universities
• Female, Single, Maximum 30 years old
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, 1-2 years experience will be advantage

Maintenance Coordinator - Drilling Rig Based
Requirements:

• Min Graduate from D3 majoring in Mechanical
• Male
• Maximum age 40 years old
• Having min 5 years experience as Maintenance Coordinator in Oil & Gas Industry
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
• Good Attitude, hard working and team player
• Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must

Material Man - Drilling Rig Based
Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate from D3 majoring in Mechanical
• Male
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Having min 3 year experience as Material Man (will be advantage in Oil & Gas Industry)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset
• Good Attitude, hard working and team player
• Active English and MS Office familiarity are a must
