CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Purpose of the job:
Manages the Order Execution process, as described in the Delivery Handling process.
Responsible for correct registration of customer complaints and to inform the Complaint owner.
Is responsible for correct processing of Letters of Credit, and for requesting amendments where required. Managing all exports documents related to be error free
Since multi level contacts contribute to customer service, the customer service employee will be responsible for peer-to-peer contacts at the customers and record information resulting from it, in the designated tool.
Requirements and knowledge
Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Marketing is preferred.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge in SAP Sales Distribution Module is a must.
Understanding of customer satisfaction principles.
Fluency in the English language, both oral and written.
Understanding of logistics processes.
Three years relevant experience of industrial chemical products.
Proactive, independent, team player and committed attitude towards work.
