Contract Administrator (CONTRACT)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and administrate contracts during the various stages of the project
• Prepare contracts for Suppliers and Subcontractors, higlighting relevant issues specific on the job
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the Clients / Suppliers / Subcontractors are commercially advantageous.
• Liaise with Client, Suppliers, and Subcontractors as well as with internal Engineering, Finance and Legal teams for obtaining agreement and contract sign off.
• Update and maintain contract register highlighting payment conditions.
• Advise Planning and Production Departments of contractual rights and obligations.
• Monitor, audit, and report on subcontractor performance.

Requirements:

• Male, 27 - 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Industrial Engineering, Mine Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Economics, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to travel
• Experience in coal mining industry is a must.
• Good leadership skill
• Able to work in under pressure
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills

Civil Engineer - Superintendent Level (CIVIL)

Responsibilities:

• Analise survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geological data to plan projects
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards
• Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to determine design specifications
• etc

Requirements:

• Male, 27 - 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to travel
• Experience in coal mining industry is a must.

Head of Project Development Department (HPD)

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage project development from contract awarding to end of commissioning period.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

Requirements:

• Male, 35 - 45 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Civil Engineering or Mine Engineering.
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Willing to travel
• Experience in coal mining industry is a must.

• Able to work in under pressure
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills

Financial Analyst (FINANCIAL)

Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation of budget, forecast, and strategic plans.
• Implement financial policies and procedures.
• Review contracts and other business agreements, highlighting potential risks and ensuring that terms adhere to relevant rules and regulations.
• liaise with the Operations and Finance departments to ensure that sums are invoiced in accordance with agreed milestones.
• Review subcontractor monthly reports, identifying contracts that need review prior to submission to the Finance department.
• Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
• Gather data to evaluate client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Male, 27 - 30 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Willing to travel
• Experience in coal mining industry is a must.
• Good leadership skill
• Able to work in under pressure
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good interpersonal skills
