HR & GA Specialist (Staff Role) (Jakarta Raya)
- Responsible in supporting Human Resources and General Affairs team in order to provide a variety of programs and policies regarding employees and to provide general affairs support, addressing a broad variety of issues, maintaining files, create actions plan of HR & GA functions.
- Age 25 - 35 years
- Experience in HR & GA field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) fore more than 3 years
- Bachelor degree
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).
- Responsible in providing the following operations for dealers in domestic market, aim to "Reflect serviceability/service cost requirement in vehicle development", "Achieve targets for repair cost/insurance ranking at vehicle light collision" and "Set the realistic parts supply unit that meets service/repair procedure in order to keep customer satisfaction when dealing with services.

- Bachelor degree
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).
- Responsible in development of annual and mid and long term sales plans and monthly sales forecast, Analysis of monthly sales plan and forecast vs. results and development of recovery plans, Establishment annual objectives that focus improving the efficiency and expansion of the Company's business, Coordination and administration the Company's Dealer Database

- Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years
- Bachelor degree
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).
- Responsible for assigned accounting functions for automotive company. Specific duties include processing accounts receivable and accounts payable; reconciling and reviewing expenses; communicating with vendors to resolve billing disputes; training and providing information on Finance & Accounting systems to other personnel; process all non sufficient fund checks; generating accounting reports and maintaining contracts.

- Responsible in Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a monthly basis, Assistant to dealers in developing and implementing fleet sales program, wholesale and retail financing programs, Coordination of the yearly Sales budget and business plan process for the Company and its dealer network and monitors it on a periodically basis.

- Experience in the similar automotive field (or equivalent) fore more than 3 years
- Bachelor degree
- English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent).
- Responsible in supporting dealers to maximize the satisfaction of the Mazda vehicle owners and to expand the dealers' business opportunities, and improvement dealers' after-sales service operations, development of the aftersales marketing and parts logistics. Excellent skills in presentation and reporting are required.
