• To provide strategic HR Support to deliver the people and business agenda in all respects of Resourcing, Reward, Development and Employee Relations

• Experienced in facilitating and leading cross discipline meetings

• Capable in microsoft office application
• Experienced in LNG operation

HSSE Team Lead
Requirement :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 3 years Drilling HSSE experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in an HSSE leadership role.
• Proven track record in HSSE and/or operational disciplines, preferably with some exposure to drilling activities.
• Strong personal and process safety leadership skills.
• Respected technical contributor with ability to participate both internally and externally.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Experience in SOC (Behaviour based Safety Programmes), control of work, incident investigation, incident and emergency response.
• Proven ability to develop clear plans when dealing with complex. and uncertain situations.
• Demonstrable leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills.
• Self motivated, with capability to work with minimum supervision and accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure and have the ability and desire to take the lead on HSE issues.
