- Experience in SOC (Behaviour based Safety Programmes), control of work, incident investigation, incident and emergency response.
- Proven ability to develop clear plans when dealing with complex. and uncertain situations.
- Demonstrable leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), engagement and team-working skills.
- Self motivated, with capability to work with minimum supervision and accustomed to being in positions of responsibility and accountability; proactive; able to work well under sustained pressure and have the ability and desire to take the lead on HSE issues.
