PT BCA Finance was established in 1981 with the name of PT Central Sari Metropolitan Leasing Corporation (CSML). At its inception, the Company's shareholders are PT Bank Central Asia and the Japan Leasing Corporation. At that time the company was still focused on the commercial finance business, such as financing production machinery, heavy equipment and transportation. Recently, we are opening opportunity for the following position:

Operation Development Program (ODP) IV - Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• A specific and intensive program for those interested in a career at BCA Finance Operations Division

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max. 26 years.
• S1 for all education majors with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Fresh Graduate or have work experience of less than 2 years.
• Graduated from Reputable University.
• Having experience in organization.
• Willing to be placed in all branches of the BCA Finance in Indonesia.
