Data Center Supervisor (permanent staff)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate shift activities, ensure coverage and supervise professional data center
Responsible for IT facilities including infrastructure planning and maintenance for data center, remote cata centers, help desk, and off-site storage areas.
Candidate will work in the data center operations group, and will troubleshoot mainframe/online and midrange environments.
Requirements:
Candidate must have demonstrated exp supporting data center environments.
Have a thorough working knowledge on critical procedures and assist with development of new ones to accommodate new technologies.
Must have proven technical and communication skills

Data Center Staff (one year contract renewable)

Handle daily system performance and necessary troubleshooting
Handle project management for the relevant technical projects
Run the incident and problem management
