Secretary
Requirements:

• Female, max. 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree from any discipline
• Fluent in English both oral and writing
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Computer literate min. MS. Office
• Good personalities and self confidence
• Mature, Hard worker , Excellent communication

LAND ADMINISTRATION (ADM)
Requirements:

• Women max. age 30.
• Min. D1/D3 all education majors.
• Mastering the computer properly (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Ability to work closely with all parts and levels of employees.
• Ability to work independently, have the adaptability, and good communication.
• Mastering Sundanese (preferred).
• Willing to be placed at the project office in Bandung.
• Attractive remuneration package available to suit your qualifications.

Internal Audit (Accounting & Civil)
Requirements:

• Male / Female, max 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Auditing Civil Engineering from reputable universities with min GPA 3.00.
• For Civil Engineering, having experience as an estimator / QS (project audit)
• For Accounting, having min 3 years of experience as an auditor, internal auditor preferably at property company
• Having knowledge in Risk Management, ISO 9001:2008 & property retail / business
• Willing to travel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, detail oriented, honest and willing to work hard
• Proficient computing skills including Word, Excel and Power Point

GRAPHIC DESIGN
Requirements:

• Max-age women. 28 years, Visual Communications Design Education S1.
• Experience working in the graphic design min. 2 years.
• Willing to work in a team and willing to overtime.

Marketing Administration (AD)
Requirements:

• S1 Legal Education
• Maximum age 28 years
• Experience in property min 2 years
• Mastering computer MS Office / Word / Exel
• Able to Communicate well
• attractive appearance
• Can work individually or team

Structure Engineer (SE)
 Requirements:

• Male / Female age max 30 Th
• S1 Civil Education
• Penguasai Image Work / RAB
• Mastering AUTOCAD, MS Office, Software Structure: ETABS, SAP 2000
• Experience in Property / Consultant min 3 Th

Customer Care (CC)
Requirements:

• S1 majoring in civil / IP architecture of the famous University Graduate Min 3.
• Male / Female Maximum age 35 years
• Property field experience min 3 years
• Mastering computer MS Office / Word / Exel
• Ability to communicate well
• look attractive
