SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE (SENIOR STAFF / SUPERVISOR / MANAGER)
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the development and implementation of marketing plan
• Responsible for sales target achievement of specific product lines, may include selling & promoting products.
• Maintain sales and marketing statistic.
• Follow up and maintain potential customer.
• Responsible for day-to-day customer service operation in handling inquiries and problems
• Should be a master of Product knowledge

Qualification:

• Minimum D3 Degree of any disciplines
• Male / Female, with maximum 35 Years of age
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Sales & Marketing, preferable at property & developer company
• Good communication skill with bilingual active speaking, Bahasa Indonesia and English. Other foreign language will be an advantage
• Wide networking scope especially to upper circles society
• Having ability to keep good performance and strong personality during under pressure situation
• Good appearance, interpersonal skill and having leadership potential
• Having ability to work in Sentul City and other offices surrounding Jabodetabek

Customer Relation Officer
Responsibilities:

• Information Center
• Monitoring & Controlling
• Handling Customer Complaint
• Report

Requirements:

• Female, single, max. 25 years of age
• Min. D3, fresh graduated are welcome
• Good command in English, written & oral
• Strong personality & communication skill, good appearance and pleasant personality
• Able to work on shift duty

PROJECT MANAGER (Permanent / Contract Basis)
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for negotiating of contract, assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedule to ensure timely of project and meeting deadlines of project
• Must be familiar with the system cope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering or Architect
• Exposure to Landed House and High rise building with minimum 5 years experiences
• Fluent in English will be an advantage
• Having ability to keep good performance and strong personality during under pressure situation
• Proven strong project management and leadership skill
• Having ability to work in Sentul City and other projects in any city in Indonesia
