Strategic Management Office (SMO) Staff
(Jakarta Raya)




Requirements:

Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from state university in Economics/Management/Business Administration
Minimum GPA: 3.00 (scale : 4.00)
Age maximum 28 years old
Familiar with strategic management process and balance scorecard
Excellent written and spoken English
Having knowledge in Capital Market would be an advantage


Personal skills:
Strategic and analytical thinking
Good verbal (writing and communication) skills
Having passion in writing and learning something new
Self starter and able to work under minimum supervision
Good interpersonal skill
This position is responsible for developing corporate strategy, writing business plan, maintaining corporate performance management and managing strategic implementation through various initiative/projects.
Fresh graduate is welcomed, provided he or she has good knowledge and great interest in strategic management.
