PT Rekadaya Elektrika has a wide area of services in electric power industry sector as EPC contracting (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) for Power Plant, Network, Distribution and SCADA projects of which the company belongs to PT PLN (Persero) through PT PJB, PT Indonesia Power, PT PLN Batam , YPK PLN and PT Rekayasa Industri. in line with the company planning and goal to strengthen the management and project team, we invite a competent and challenge-seeking professional to be positioned as folows :
Staff Accountant

Requirements :
Male / Female, max. age 30 years old
Bachelor degree, graduated in Accountancy min. GPA 3.00
Min. 1 - 5 years relevant working experience in Accounting & Finance
Having good communication and strong leadership skill
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Computer literate, able to work under pressure
Able to work in team and individually



Health & Safety Environment


Qualification :
Age max 35 years old.
Better have S1 degree from Chemical, Food/Industrial Engineering background.
Good understanding about Management system (structure, obligation, monitoring) and more specific on ISO 9000:2001 (Have knowledge of safety system).
Knowledge about the Local and International regulation in Health, Safety & environment.
Having at least 3 years experience as HSE Engineer (Having Certification in HSE)
Computer skill (minimum: Office Word & Excel, Power point and Visio is a plus)
Good command in English (written and spoken) is a must as there will be communications with expatriates.
The ideal candidate should be technical, imaginative, self driven and a good team player.



CHEMICAL ENGINEERS

CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY (CTE), HARBOUR/HYDRAULIC STRUCTURE (HSE), STRUCTURAL (SE) AND FOUNDATION (FE).

Specific Requirements :
The candidate should have experience in similar position especially in Chemical Technology / Hydraulic Structure / Structural / Foundation with minimum experience 3 years for Power Plant or similar project.


GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ENGINEERS :

Minimum S1 Engineering
Proficient in computer for Engineering Software
Age between 27 - 45 years old
Having strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent in English, both written and spoken
Willing to be located at any project location
Willing to work hard and team work


PROJECT ADMINISTRATION (PA)

Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree (D1).
Minimum 1 year experience.
Female.
Trustworthy, dedicated, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, hard worker and wiling to work overtime.
Be able to communicate in English both oral and written.
Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation.
Excellent in computer skills: Ms. Office, Internet tools, and E-mail.



SCHEDULE CONTROL ENGINEER (SCE)

Bachelor Degree (S-1) in Engineering.
Male or Female with good personality.
Minimum 2 years experience in schedule control (preferable in substation & electrical work).
Good in management & communication skill.
Smart, highly self motivated, good initiative, able to work independently & a team, good communication skill, hard worker and wiling to work overtime.
Have involved in project implementation (EPCC) will be advantage.
Have knowledge in ISO 9001:2000 implementation.
Proficient in both verbal and written English.
Excellent in computer skills: Ms. Project / Primavera and Ms. Office.
Physically fit and good medical record.
Willing to travel & to be stationed in project site office through out Indonesia.



PURCHASING (ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, CIVIL)

The Role

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the purchasing engineer will be responsible for taking care of the purchasing function, by effectively handling his team of purchasing officers; to control and handle the issues in the absence of the Manager.
Fully accountable for the purchasing role assigned
Negotiation of prices and terms with the suppliers to bring in savings for the company
Follow-up with suppliers and coordination with related agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials
Coordination with user divisions by providing them with proper reports and feedbacks.
Transparency in all the dealings and following the purchasing procedures laid down by the company.
Proactive interaction with other divisions such as finance and stores

Requirements

University graduated with Technical background: Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Civil or Computer
Have good Health (Physically and Mentally)
Having computer literacy and fluent in English
Familiar with SAP, ISO system and having organizational experience will be an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience working on Purchasing Engineer
High level of computer literacy and creativity
Proficiency in English both oral and written
Must have good planning skill and interpersonal skills
Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with minimum supervision.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
Posses a strong organizing, planning, communication, and analytical thinking
Hard worker and able to work under pressure
