Human Resource (Training and Development )
Qualification:

• Female, age around 28-35 years old
• Mature and has a good sense of responsibility and influencing skills
• Has a willingness to learn many things,discuss, share and propose idea or improvement about Human Resource issue / development
• Has a good analytical thinking
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Management / Mathematic / Science from reputable company
• GPA min 2.75 (not so important)
• Having at least 5 years working experience in Human Resource area, especially in Training and Development field
• Execellent communication in English
• Excellent to operate PC (especially MS.Excel and Ms.Power Point)

Skill and Knowledge:

• Excellent Spoken and Written communication skills in English
• Planning and Time Management Skills, punctual, work in details with accurate manner
• Excellent presentation skills
• The ability to writer clear reports and keep accurate records
• Good IT Skills (Excel, Power Point)

Job Description

• Identiflying Indivisual and company training needs through staff appraisals. Training Need Analysis (TNA) and consultation with managers
• Designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes
• Developing induction training / orientation program and staff appraisal schemes and other company agenda (intership program, and other company activities)
• Has a good manageable sense (keep record data of filling data and record)
• Communicating and Coordinating with external related parties (Tokyo Head Quaters and Singapore Office)

Sales and Marketing for Consumer Product / Services Business Division
Qualification:

• Male, age around 30 years old
• Having at least 3-5 years working experience in consumer products/services (Food and beverage, education, etc), especially related to Cigarette Industry
• Mature and has a good sense of responsibility and influencing skills
• Excellent communication in English
• Excellent to operate PC ( MS. Office)
• Aggressive, polite and loyal

Job Description:

• To promote sales of imported industrial materials to cigarette industry
• To export/import of Paper materials/packaging
• To establish new business related to consumer products/services (Food and beverage, education, etc)
