REGULATORY OFFICER
Staff Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : HO Cilandak

Job Description:

Conduct patent search (get information of patent from Ditjen HKI or int’l website),
Create self assessment and analysis of patent,
Develop dossier for product registration,
Coordinate with related departments to develop good quality dossier.

Requirement:

Pharmacist
Good analytical thinking, good communication skill and interpersonal skill, cooperative, hard working and detailed oriented
Good command in English
Have knowledge in Patent


INTERNAL AUDIT STAFF
Staff Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : HO Cilandak

Job Description:

To conduct departmental and field audit activities that have been set in Audit Plan,
Prepare procedure development documentation,
Review business process to ensure adequacy of internal control.

Requirement:

Male
Min. Bachelor degree (S1) in Finance & Accounting, and preferably 1 year experience as internal or external auditor.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and process management skill
Fluent in English and proficient in computer literacy


SECRETARY
Staff Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : HO Pulo Gadung

Job Description:

To coordinate with The Person In Charge of The Caretaker for OTC document at DVL HO,
To help all group team in filling, distributing, incoming/outgoing letters or memos,
To follow up documents, reimbursement, cash advance, etc,
To support the group in preparing material presentation.

Requirement:

Female
Min Diploma degree (D3) any discipline
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Good command in English
Able to work overtime
Home location at East Jakarta is preferable.


LIBRARIAN
Staff Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : Makassar

Job Description:

To facilitate Medical Department and team for searching / browsing the update journals, literatures & e-books
To update / download newest full paper of journals regularly
To manage scientific databank UMED

Requirement:

Female
Min. Bachelor Degree (S1)
Fluent in English and computer literate
Have good performance, communication, and interpersonal skills
Home location at South Sulawesi is preferable.


INCENTIVE PROCESSOR STAFF
Staff Level, permanent with 3 months probation
Location : HO Cilandak

Job Description:

Develop report, process, monitoring monthly, quarterly and payback incentive for Sales Operation Rx and trade including of marketing team,
Develop a monthly analysis on the incentive payment vs sales, no of achiever
Tagging new outlet into respective PSR territory,
Update and maintain Sales Panel Automation Program

Requirement:

Age 25-30
Min Bachelor Degree in Statistic (Min GPA 3.00)
Having Min 1 year work experience


TECHNICIAN

Job Description:

Perform Preventive Maintenance based on schedule

EXACT IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT

Job Description:

Data entry to support Exact Phase-2 Implementation,
Replace user activities in order to support daily operational,
Resolving, coaching, and helping users on computer/software daily usage and difficulties/troubles,
Documenting all support related activities to Exact Implementation.

Fast learner of application and technologist
Willing to travel


PROGRAMMER

Job Description:

Develop application using .Net Technology,
Develop ad hoc reports for ERP,
Maintaining programming standard and documentation in personal works,
Working in team with other developer and designer during development phase.

Requirement:

Min. Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience with report development (Crystal Reports) and application development (.Net Technology)


TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Staff Level, contractual for 12 months
Location : HO Cilandak

Job Description:

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Active Directory, Messaging System, Backup System, etc.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting of Network Devices.
Maintain and configure PABX system.
Documenting all related activities as required.

Requirement:

Min. Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Having good endurance for working meticulously with documentations.


RECEPTIONIST & PROKITA OPERATOR
Staff Level, contract for 12 months
Location : Cimanggis

Job Description:

Responsible to manage in coming or out coming call,
Responsible to handle guest of the Factory,
Responsible for PROKITA documentation and standardization.

Requirement:

Female
Min. Education is High School graduate.
Good appearance, smiling and friendly face
Computer literacy
Good in communication, fast learner and high motivated to develop.
