Requirements

Position Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline (preferably majoring in Economics/ Commercial background) from reputable university

  • Must have minimum 2 years experience in sales area would be an advantage

  • Completion of some courses and training would be an advantage

  • Strong knowledge of branch operation and variety of banking products

  • Good knowledge of financial industry in general and risk management

Position Responsibilities
  • Identifying sales lending opportunities, acquisition of the potential business from the customers by exploring the bank’s products and benefits to customers

  • Maintain and deepen customer relationship with the bank

  • Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship

  • Explore the bank’s products and the benefits to customers

  • Ensure to excel customer service standard level

  • Ensure the accuracy, prudential control in processing customer’s instruction with time efficiency

  • Strictly adhere to all the bank policies/ compliance/ procedures and other regulatory requirement to protect both bank’s and customer’s assets

  • Each customer has different character, education and family background, work experience, behavior & attitude so incumbent must be able to adapt and choose appropriate technique to handle customer
