We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
SR. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
Main Duty and Responsibilities:
Prepare accounting entries for: depreciation and amortization, accruals and deferrals, prepayments, capital and operating lease, all other general accounting entries.
Generates trial balance and prepares financial reports for management (weekly flash report and monthly report) and government compliance.
Update accounting master files such as : suppliers price, standard product pricing.
Prepare costing report and make the variance analysis report.
Performs other tasks such as: generation of Department expenses report, intercompany reconciliation, attends other management and financial report.
Qualification and Skill:
- Male / Female, 25 - 35 years old (female is preferred).
- Familiar with computers
- Candidate must be graduated at least S1 majoring in faculty of Accounting preferably from reputable university
- Self motivated, independent, able to work multi-tasking
- Able to work under pressure with tight schedule
- Min. Experience in the same position 5 years
- Experience in handling Account Payable, Account Receivable, and other Finance & Accounting report.
- Deep understanding about regulation according to tax, import & export regulation.
- Hard worker and willing to work “extra mile” to meet daily deadlines.
- Initiative and willing to change.
- Experience in Transportation and Logistics Company is advantageous.
ELECTRICIAN (Kalimantan - Base)
Main Duty and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair all electrical aspect of equipment/accommodation/deck/crane on board
- Maintain and document all repair/maintenance work/schedule
- Maintain and document all related inventory that are purchased/used
- Insulation/greasing of electrical devices and machines
Qualification and Skill:
- Minimum (three) 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance on board ships and vessels
- Polytechnic/local technical school graduates with experience in lifting machines such as port cranes with PLC systems will be an advantage
- Ability to converse and understand English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Prepared to be located in any project site(s)
- Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, self motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently and under pressure
