Qualification:

Male/Female, preferably 25-35 years of age
Preferable education in tourism, specially in Food & Beverage
Preferable experience working with a franchise
Minimum 5 years experience in Food &Beverage industry, particularly in dessert
Ability to perform analysis of the kitchen operations, procedures, and profitability
Has an understanding of finance
Has creativity and an artistic ability in recipe development
Honest, meticolous, disciplined, and responsible
Has a strong sense of motivation and ability to work independently
