- Responsible for developing new business for the company’s insurance products;
- Identify needs and client business objectives;
- Maintain relationship with client;
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Male or Female, maximum 30 years old;
- Bachelor degree in any major, (GPA min 2.75);
- Having Experience in Sales at General Insurance or Banking min. 1 year;
- Highly Motivated, able to work under pressure, hard worker, discipline, client oriented, energetic, adaptive and fast learner;
- Excellent communication & relationship skill;
- Home based in Surabaya , Denpasar, Malang
- Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients;
- Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes;
- Provides customer additional information or explains services;
- Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
- Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public;
- Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
- Accurately captures customer information;
- Creates and maintains service reports.
- Female, age max. 30 years old;
- Minimum Diploma degree or equivalency;
- Minimum experience 1 year prior experience preferred (in General Insurance will be advantage);
- Good in handles confidential financial and personal information appropriately;
- Excellent Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills;
- Having detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;
- Strong ability to multitask;
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
- Possess strong problem solving skills;
- Proficient in English both oral & written;
- Computer Literate (Word & Excel).

- Male or Female, max. age 40 years old;
- Bachelor degree from any discipline;
- Having experience in handling agency or sales team (Life or General Insurance);
- Target Oriented;
- Strong initiative & teamwork;
- Excellent communication skill & leadership.
- Expand portfolio business by having regular visiting;
- Maintain relationship with client form business partners;
- Sales Direction to all team members;
- Responsible for market and potential customer analysis to increase revenues;
- Ensuring the capability of the sales team to achieve the objective;
- Provide excellent services to all customers.
- Age between 30 – 40 years old;
- Min. S1 from any discipline;
- Min.5 yrs exp. in General Insurance Company (especially in handling Leasing or Banking);
- Min.3 yrs exp. in Managerial positions;
- Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication & Presentation Skill;
- English & Computer Literate is a must;
- Highly motivated, discipline, honest, client oriented;
- Strong knowledge of business plan & sales procedures.
