In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:
Customer Services Representative (CSR)
* Diploma or Bachelor qualifications in Business / Commerce or Mining (with a Business / Commerce double)
* At least 3 years of experience in customer service experience in a face to face environment.
* Strong Customer Service Experience in a B2B environment is advantageous
* Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in interacting with multiple customers.
* Excellent communication skill of both English and Bahasa Indonesia
* To be based in Jakarta and willing to travel frequently within the country or overseas – when required.
* Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business Ethics
