Head of Sales (Online and Advertising Industry),

Job Description:

You are required to ensure that your teams achieve their overall targets for Revenue and Market Share (Unique Companies Posting and Unique Jobs)
You are required to ensure that your teams achieve their overall targets for New Business, Retained Business and Revival Business.
You shall develop sales strategies and initiatives such as aggressive promotions or campaigns in order to crush competitors.
You shall drive / influence Corporate Marketing efforts in order to ensure that marketing campaigns successfully generate new leads for sales and support customer conversion and retention programs.
You shall review our product pricing and packaging yearly at a minimum in order to balance between generating revenue, offering a higher perceived value to customers while also remaining competitive.
You are responsible for ensuring that the required training framework is in place for staff development in order to motivate and retain staff as well as improve on their knowledge and skills.
You shall groom the next level of managers in order to ensure succession planning throughout the sales organization.
You shall monitor sales performance consistently through Intranet reports or generated reports and identify any gaps or negative trends and ensure that they are immediately addressed.
You shall ensure that your sales teams comply with the company’s JQM policies.
You shall ensure that your sales teams communicate effectively throughout the organization, specifically with Corporate Care and Finance.
You shall ensure that your sales teams operate in accordance with the company’s principles and values and always have the company’s best interests at heart.

Job Responsibilities :

You are required to ensure that the Market Share target for the year is achieved.
You are required to ensure that >100% of all sales targets for the year are achieved.
You are required to ensure that you have a staff development plan in place in order to build, retain and improve your sales team in line with business continuity planning.
You are responsible for ensuring that the country’s goals are achieved through the execution of the right sales strategies and initiatives.
You shall ensure that your teams provide excellent customer service and make it the cornerstone of the customer’s company experience.
You are responsible for the development of your staff and shall ensure that the required training and coaching is provided.

Job Qualifications:

Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Excellent people skills and communication skills.
Ability to provide direction for the entire department.
Ability to inspire, motivate, groom and lead the team
Excellent planning and organization skills
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Knowledge and Skills:

eg. Account Management / Marketing etc
Experience in a senior management role in a sales capacity
Experience in developing strategies, tactics, sales plans and targets
Experience in increasing market share in existing markets and maximizing new business opportunities
