Finance Officer - Jakarta

This position responsible to preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operation.
Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting  or equivalent.
  • Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
Admin Assistant Brand - Jakarta
  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for a broad portfolio of brands.
  • Plan and execute integrated brand marketing campaign plans, including segmentation, vehicle and media mix recommendation and execution, timing and forecast of results.
  • Project manage marketing campaigns from inception to optimization which can include Status reporting, Developing and monitoring a follow-up schedule taking into account the use of other departments – CSR&Product Management, Campaign set-up in various marketing systems and tools, Management of assigned, project related budgets, Development program testing mechanisms to track success/failure of campaigns and help develop strategies of best practices
Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, and Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Business Development.
  • Track record of success in managing multiple complex projects at the same time
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Exceptional creative skills. Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and Detail oriented
  • Team player also A personable and professional attitude
