PT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011. The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 66M oz silver will form the core starter asset around which a globally competitive, Asian-Pacific focused gold company will be built. G-Resources seeks to rapidly grow production to more than one million ounces of gold annually through exploration of the large and highly prospective Martabe property and through acquisition of other quality gold assets.

PT Agincourt Resources is now pleased to invite applications for the following role:

Administration Assistant ( GEO 0671)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Senior Exploration Manager.The main accountabilities of the role is to provide high – level of secretarial and administrative support to management and the company in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective, timely and efficient manner.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Diploma/University graduate in secretarial or management
• Fluent in English both in verbal and written
• Minimal 5 years experience supporting at the management level
• Has a good attitude and customer service minded
• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meeting
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
• Maintain correspondence with overseas contractor and expat
• Strong knowledge of computer and Ms. Office

Helicopter Operation & Logistic Supervisor( GEO 0672)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Resource Development Manager or appointed person.
The main accountabilities of the role are to ensure all safety, environment and community standards are followed aviation practice and Mine Regulation.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Senior High School, Diploma will be preferred
• Hold Load Master Certificate is a must
• Having a Sling Inspection Certificate and Operational Supervisory Level 1 certificate from DOME (Pengawas Operational Pratama) will be preferred
• Minimum 5 years of practical support in helicopter operation
• Having good leadership, able to organize teams
• Expected developing and implementing programs on an assigned with guidance from management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Intermediate English language skills
• Have abroad knowledge about helicopter safety
• Experience in supporting of drilling programs and in planning and implementing exploration field support programs
• Good computer literate, especially in Microsoft Word & Excel

Senior Contract Officer (SCM 0563)

This position will be based at the location of Martabe Project with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and at times be required to travel to Jakarta. This position reports directly to the Contract Superintendent.

The role of the Senior Contract Administrator is to plan, organize and control activities of PTAR Martabe contracting in an effective and efficient ways based on mining industry standards.

Candidates for this role would be expected to meet the following criteria:
• S1 Degree in Business, Law, Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years upper experience in mining industry.
• Experience in contract management including construction project.
• Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations.
• Strong leadership skills, team work and good communication skills.

Safety Trainer (HSS 0569)

This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to the Safety Supervisor Training & System.

Role of this position is to :
• Provide planning and management of the overall occupational Health and Safety Training activities.
• Deliver trainings on OHS subject areas mandated by Statutory and company requirements in both English & Bahasa.
• Provide Administration services for those safety training courses under their responsibility.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in OHS, Education & Training or relevant.
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in the development of OHS System and Training.
• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Attend related OHS Training in Mining Industry.
• Strong managerial and supervisory skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing safety training programs both Indonesian and English.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English.
• A valid driver A licences is desirable.

Contract Officer (SCM 0511)

This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Senior Contract Admin.
Roles of this position are to prepare and administer the activities of the PTAR Martabe contracting in order to ensure commercial aspects of all contracting activities throughout all PTAR user departments in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and Martabe Mine Contract of Work while at the same time ensuring a high level of support service to user departments for contract bidding, negotiating, preparation, administration and management and applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the process.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Degree in business, law, engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Certified professional in Contracts or Procurement and Supply Chain functions is preferred.
• Minimum 7 – 10 years experience in contract management including project construction.
• Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations.
• Contract writing, including technical capabilities, Scope of Work (SOW) and commercial terms & condition.
• Well developed computer skills to be able to implement and maintain effective processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical capabilities and negotiating skills, sound business sense, advanced English language documentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skill both Indonesia and English.
• Good interpersonal skill.

Safety Supervisor Training & System (HSS 0508)

This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to the Superintendent Safety Services & Support.

Role of this position is to:
• Provide planning and management of the overall occupational Health and Safety Training activities.
• Ensure all Integrated Management System Standards, policies, SOPs are maintained and reviewed regularly.
• Ensure all IMS Standards and other Occupational Health & Safety information in G-PTAR Intranet are maintained and reviewed regularly.
• Deliver trainings on OHS subject areas mandated by Statutory and company requirements in both English & Indonesian Language.
• Conduct occupational health & safety training need analysis to provide the training matrix.
• Ensure the required safety training courses are developed, reviewed and delivered to the G-PTAR and contractors site workforce in a timely and efficient manner.
• Review, update and ensure overall effectiveness of Safety Training programs.• Lead a team of training executives / trainers by providing them with a clear achievable goal.
• Assisted superintendent safety on budgeting and reviewing monthly expenses.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in OHS, Education & Training or relevant.
• 3 – 5 Years experience in the mining company.
• Holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
• Attend related OHS Training in Mining Industry.
• Strong managerial and supervisory skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing safety training programs both in Indonesian and English.
• Knowledge in the field of risk assessment and risk management.
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English.
• Knowledge of incident investigation practices to identify causes and remedial actions.
• High level competency in personal computer applications including Excel, Access & Project.
• A valid driver A licence is desirable.
