Mortgage Specialist - Surabaya (Code: JS MO SBA - PFS 10)
Responsibility
  • To provide support to sales channels and generate the revenues from Mortgage business to ensure achievement of sales/revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university
  • Experience in selling mortgage for at least 3 years (previous experience in the secondary market is more preferred)
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Experience dealing with property agency and understands the Property Market
  • Fast knowledge of Banking product
  • Excellent communication skill for both English and Indonesian (oral and written) and above average presentation skills
  • Computer literate, target oriented, willing to learn, good interpersonal skill
Relationship Officer Amanah - Medan (Code: JS WM AMH MDN - PFS 10)
Responsibility
  • The job holder is responsible to establish and grow Amanah business by cross-selling Amanah banking products offered to high-end customers.
Requirements
  • Has a minimum of 1 year working experience in sales and/or service activities in the area of Financial Institution or Banking Industry, preferrably in Syariah Institution.
  • Has a strong passion in selling activities, excellent interpersonal skills with service culture and ability to work with a team.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
Consumer Asset Specialist - Surabaya (Code: JS CA SBA - PFS 10)
Responsibility
  • To provide product and sales support to sales channels for consumer asset products to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Has minimum 2 years relevant experience in selling consumer asset product (Cards and Personal Loan)
  • Has experience in leading a team
  • Possess good knowledge on economic indicators and awareness on financial markets (currency, equity and bond)
  • Possess strong training and motivational skill, and understanding of customer preference
  • Commercial acumen, marketing orientation with personal credibility
  • Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
  • Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
  • Has a strong drive to succeed
  • Demonstrate high degree of integrity
